10 miles on Boxing Day at the YMCA every year.

The Hamilton Harriers are committed to the delights of running while offering the opportunity to avoid the loneliness of the sport. We meet at the Hamilton Downtown YMCA located at 79 James Street South. While many of the Harriers are YMCA members, you need not enroll to be a Harrier. Join us for regular runs on
Wednesday evenings at 5:15 p.m.
Saturday mornings at 8:00 a.m.
The distance and pace are your choice. Don't be worried about keeping up. We have runners of every ability, so you need not run alone.
